My favorite Alien/monster is the Silurians. Though they are not technically "Aliens", they live under Earth. I love that they aren't really villains, they are just territorial over their home, just like we tend to be, right? It also helps that one of my favorite characters is Madame Vastra, one awesome Silurians who happens to have a human wife.
