Leonard Nimoy passed away early today due to complications of COPD |
You know how there are some people who you think are going to live forever? Well Leonard Nimoy was one of those people for me, despite knowing he had COPD. He is been part of my life for as long as I can remember, being Mr. Spock. It is going to be hard to go back and watch the shows and movies, knowing he is no longer among us physically.
He has many acting credits to his name going all the way back to 1951, but possibly his most well known is playing Mr. Spock, the 1st officer and science officer of the starship Enterprise, under the command of Captain Kirk.
People all over have been mourning his death, from celebrities to fans ( just log in to your social media of choice) to NASA. Even President Barack Obama had a few words to say.
Here is his last tweet:
A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP
